These General Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website www.luminash.nl.
Please read them carefully before placing an order.
By accessing or using our website and by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Place an order
Orders can be placed exclusively through our website: www.luminash.nl.
Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order, but it does not yet constitute a binding agreement.
A contract is formed once we have processed and accepted your order and you receive a shipping confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or other legitimate reasons.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
Delivery
- We offer worldwide shipping.
- Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination, but are usually €3.95 per order.
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
- Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location.
- Please note: delivery times are estimates and not legally binding. Delays may occur due to customs, local carriers, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available).
- If a parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, reshipping costs may apply.
Return & Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@luminash.nl within 14 days of receipt, including your order number and reason for return.
Returned products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the items unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Please send returns to the address provided after your cancellation request is accepted.
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be made via the original payment method.
If the product is defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately at info@luminash.nl so we can resolve the issue promptly.
5. Complaints, Warranty & Liability
Complaints
If you have any complaints about our products or services, please contact us as soon as possible at info@luminash.nl. We aim to respond quickly and resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
If we cannot find a mutual solution, you have the option to submit your complaint to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/odr.
Warranty
All products sold by Luminash come with the legal warranty required by Dutch and EU law. This means that products must be free from defects and conform to the agreed specifications at the time of delivery.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us immediately so we can arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
Liability
Luminash is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data loss, or delays, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Our total liability for any damages arising from the use of our products or services is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
